What We're Looking For
Six to ten years of full stack engineering experience, including experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
Experience shipping consumer or other user-facing products from 0 to 1 in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI, plus cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Firestore.
Production experience building LLM applications, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.
Experience in healthcare, chronic condition management, or another regulated environment is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2.
Strong product judgment, user-focused design craft, and experience with tools such as Figma.
