Drive work to make the agents secure and enterprise-ready, including SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.
Mentor engineers, coordinate work, review code, and contribute to hiring as the team expands.
What We're Looking For
Six or more years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in the six-to-ten-year range.
Experience shipping user-facing products from zero to one at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI, along with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and tools such as Firebase and Firestore.
Production experience with LLMs, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.
Experience as a founding or staff engineer, technical lead, or mentor to other engineers.
Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2.
Strong front-end design skills and familiarity with Figma.
