About the role

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

BOND is hiring an End User Support & System Administrator, to support our company wide portfolio of desktop applications. This is a hybrid role that leans heavily toward administration: roughly 20% end-user support and 80% platform administration. You'll hold admin rights to Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365, Zoom (including Rooms and Phone), Claude, and the Atlassian suite, and you'll be accountable for how they're configured, who has access, and what we pay for. Those are the starting point. As BOND adopts new tools, you'll own those too.

You'll do well here if you like being the person who actually knows how each system is set up, and you'd rather fix the process behind a recurring ticket than close the same ticket twice.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The configuration and setup of BOND's end user enablement platforms:

  • Own device management for employee Macs and PCs in Jamf Pro and Intune: enrollment, configuration profiles, app deployment, encryption, and OS update compliance.
  • Run Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration: accounts, licenses, groups, mailboxes, MFA, and conditional access in coordination with Security.
  • Administer Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone, plus Claude seats, settings, and connector governance.
  • Own Atlassian administration, including Jira Service Management as our IT support desk.
  • Bring new SaaS tools online with SSO and SCIM provisioning, defined admin roles, and documented configuration.
  • Keep every endpoint on BOND's security baseline: antivirus/EDR, FileVault and BitLocker encryption, and OS patching.
  • Run onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and license reconciliation so nothing is missed and nothing is wasted.
  • Resolve hands-on support issues for employees across macOS, Windows, and mobile, and write the guides that prevent repeat tickets.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in desktop support, IT support, or IT operations, including administrator-level access to production systems.
  • Hands-on admin experience with Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune: strong in one, with working knowledge of or a clear willingness to learn the other.
  • Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows users.
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 admin center and Entra ID: user and license management, groups, MFA, and basic Exchange Online administration.
  • Working understanding of SSO (SAML or OIDC) and how identity, device compliance, and app access connect.
  • Experience administering at least two other SaaS platforms, with specifics on what was configured.
  • Clear written documentation skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
  • Available for some early-morning and after-hours work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Jamf (200/300), Microsoft (MD-102, MS-102), or Atlassian (ACP-120) certifications.
  • Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms, or Jira Service Management administration.
  • Scripting in PowerShell, zsh, or bash to automate admin work.
  • Working knowledge of core networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • SCIM provisioning, SOC 2 access review support, or experience in aviation or 24/7 operations.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
