Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous business value. Analyze business and technical challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective functional or technical solutions. Contribute to strategic technology projects involving data, CRM, Salesforce, MuleSoft, analytics, automation, systems integration, and digital customer experience. Participate in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Support quality assurance activities, software testing, and release processes to ensure reliable and efficient deliveries. Contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives using Agile practices and collaborative workflows. Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between project objectives and delivered solutions. Continuously develop technical and behavioral competencies according to the responsibilities and seniority level of the position. Requirements:

These opportunities are specifically intended for people with disabilities (PwD/PcD), in accordance with applicable Brazilian legislation. Academic or technical education relevant to the intended area of work, either completed or currently in progress. Basic to advanced knowledge of technology, depending on the position, professional experience, and seniority level. Availability to work remotely, according to the requirements of the specific position. Interest in technology, innovation, and continuous professional development. Nice-to-have qualifications:
