About the role

Hightouch is scaling EMEA fast across six markets, with London as our regional hub. This role has two halves: run the GM's time, and keep the EMEA business running in rhythm.



What you'll do

  • Calendar and inbox: prioritise time across customers, teams and partners, and keep follow-ups on track.

  • Travel and logistics: frequent trips across six markets, team visits, customer events and offsites.

  • Meeting prep: briefs, agendas and notes for key meetings, with actions tracked to close.

  • Operating rhythm: run the weekly leadership cadence, scorecards, QBRs and all-hands, and follow through on decisions.

  • Planning: bring team plans together into one regional plan and track execution.

  • Strategic projects: pull people together across EMEA and HQ on cross-functional work and drive it to outcomes.

  • Office and culture: coordinate the London office and the experience for remote teams across Europe, plus EMEA culture programs, with our global People team.

  • Enablement: partner with RevOps and Enablement to bring global programs and training to EMEA.

  • Comms and events: regional comms, and coordinating with investors and ecosystem partners on events and programs.



Who you are

  • Detail-driven, with pride in a flawless calendar and a well-run project.

  • A strong operator who gets the right people in a room and drives to resolution.

  • Trusted by senior leaders for judgement and discretion.

  • Ideally from a fast-scaling SaaS business, as an EA or EBP to a senior leader, or in an ops role.

  • Based in London and in the office.
