Role Overview

Drive the market promotion and commercial adoption of RWA products through traditional financial channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage traditional brokerages, asset managers, and similar clients; build and maintain partnerships to get RWA products into their client recommendation systems
  • Develop a deep understanding of traditional financial institutions' client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences, and design targeted channel promotion plans
  • Plan and execute promotional activities for traditional finance audiences, including roadshows, co-branded campaigns, and institution-specific sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across Assets, BD, Compliance, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure channel promotion is delivered smoothly
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: initial proposal discussions, execution follow-up during the partnership, and post-partnership performance review and relationship maintenance
  • Track key channel metrics (traffic volume, conversion rate, AUM contribution, institutional activity, etc.) and continuously optimize channel strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience; background at a traditional brokerage, bank, or asset management firm preferred
  • Familiar with the basic logic of traditional financial products (bonds, funds, structured products, REITs, etc.) and institutional client decision-making processes
  • Understanding of core RWA concepts and leading projects (e.g. Ondo, Maple, Centrifuge), and able to explain on-chain asset logic clearly to traditional finance audiences
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate and collaborate independently with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams
  • Strong execution; able to drive multiple channel projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
