The Role

You turn our video footage into strong snippets for paid ads and organic content. From testimonials, interviews, founder videos and product footage, you pull out the best moments and turn them into short videos that work on their own.

What to Expect

  • Finding the best moments: Review long-form footage, spot the strongest statements and come up with your own snippet ideas.

  • Short-form editing: Get statements to the point and hold attention with good timing, the right visuals and clean sound.

  • Finishing: Handle subtitles, text overlays, music selection, sound design and color correction.

  • Variants at scale: Turn one source video into several standalone snippets, with different hooks and formats for each channel.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience.

  • Professional-level skills in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

  • You know TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Meta Ads inside out, and why a video wins or loses in the first 3 seconds.

  • You think in hooks, variants and tests, and use the numbers to improve your next edit.

  • You bring your own ideas, deliver fast at high quality and welcome direct feedback.

What We Offer

  • €50,000 to €65,000
