As an Outbound Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across diverse business functions and specialized skill areas. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international markets, focusing particularly on lateral hiring and hard-to-find profiles. Your mission will go beyond reviewing applications, requiring you to proactively identify passive candidates, build strategic talent pipelines, and engage professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will recruit across areas such as Business Operations, Administration, Accounting, Finance, AI, Automation, and technology-driven roles. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies and ensure candidates meet both technical and organizational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, results-driven recruitment professional who enjoys headhunting, building relationships, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced remote environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, priorities, and candidate pipelines simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset, with strong ownership, accountability, and consistent follow-through throughout the recruitment process. Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs, performance metrics, and measurable hiring targets. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing recruitment requirements in a fast-paced environment. What Will Set You Apart:
