About the Role
Join a team building AI-powered automation for complex enterprise workflows. You will partner closely with customers to understand critical processes, deliver production software and automation, and help transform how organizations operate.
What You'll Do
Work with customers to map complex processes into clear, actionable steps.
Build robust automations using an AI-based programming language.
Design and implement reliable solutions that can scale.
Collaborate with customers to iterate on implementations and support adoption.
Expand deployments from pilots to full production use.
Document deployment practices to improve future customer implementations.
What We're Looking For
Two to eight years of software engineering experience, with strong engineering fundamentals.
Experience shipping a full-stack application end to end and writing code regularly in a professional role.
Forward deployed, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience that includes hands-on software development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of outcomes, and solving ambiguous problems.
Interest in customer partnership and business processes, alongside practical software engineering skills.
Experience at an early-stage company or in a founding engineering role is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $160,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
