SALES RECRUITER

New Western | Talent Acquisition | Full-Cycle Recruiting

Position Overview

At New Western, great sales talent drives business growth. Our ability to consistently attract, engage, and bring exceptional sales professionals into the organization is a critical part of our success. We're looking for a Sales Recruiter who knows how to find top performers, build meaningful relationships, and turn talent pipelines into business results.

This is more than filling open positions. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a direct role in expanding our sales organization by identifying and attracting high-caliber talent who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You'll partner closely with General Managers to understand their markets, hiring priorities, and business objectives while developing recruiting strategies that consistently deliver strong talent.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial engagement through offer acceptance. Success in this role requires a proactive sourcing mindset, strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, and the judgment to recognize sales potential.

If you're energized by connecting great people with great opportunities, building talent pipelines, and making a measurable impact on business growth, this is an opportunity to make your mark at New Western.
