Working closely with investors and the Board, you will define the business model, identify priority markets, build strategic partnerships, and establish a scalable game production and distribution operation. You will oversee the entire journey from initial game development and certification to operator integration, market launches, and revenue generation. Combining entrepreneurial vision with hands-on operational leadership, you will make critical product portfolio and investment decisions while driving sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from the ground up, backed by experienced technology entrepreneurs, with significant autonomy and the potential to participate directly in its long-term success.

Strong understanding of the B2B real-money gaming ecosystem, including game production, distribution models, operator relationships, monetization, and portfolio economics. Excellent product-market judgment, with the ability to identify which games and providers perform best in specific geographical markets and understand how game mechanics and mathematical models influence commercial outcomes. Demonstrated ability to translate market intelligence and performance data into effective portfolio strategies, investment decisions, and product positioning. Hands-on leadership experience, with concrete examples of personally identifying and resolving operational, commercial, production, or organizational bottlenecks. Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing effective leadership teams and establishing scalable management processes. Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning, financial management, and business development capabilities. Ability to work closely with investors and Board members, communicate strategic priorities, and translate business objectives into measurable operational results. Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and the ability to navigate uncertainty while building a business in a competitive and evolving industry. A career history demonstrating the commitment, experience, and strategic vision required to lead a multi-year business-building initiative.Ideal professional background:
A current or former CEO or Co-founder of a B2B real-money gaming provider. Alternatively, a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) from a gaming provider with genuine P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership experience, and a proven record of developing the business and its distribution network. Experience leading a successful provider organization of approximately 20–30 employees, particularly where the team has developed, launched, and monetized a strong game portfolio. The ability to bring an established and proven core team may also be considered an advantage.
