Analista Desenvolvedor de Sistemas

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Development Analyst based in Brazil.

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Systems Development Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions, supporting the analysis, design, and development of business systems. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements, assess existing systems, and translate operational challenges into effective technical solutions. You will be responsible for managing demands throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to implementation follow-up and delivery. Using tools such as Jira, SQL, and Agile methodologies, you will help organize workflows, monitor priorities, and ensure project progress. You will also contribute to identifying opportunities for process optimization through Artificial Intelligence and enterprise architecture practices. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for system improvements and technological solutions. Gather, analyze, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, system functionalities, and actionable development tasks. Design and support solutions that align with business objectives, existing systems, and the organization's technology architecture. Manage and track demands, user stories, tasks, and incidents using Jira, ensuring visibility and organization throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support project management activities, monitoring schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and retrospectives. Perform data modeling activities, interpret relational database structures, and analyze information using SQL queries. Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation, including business rules, process flows, system specifications, integrations, and operational procedures. Analyze existing systems and assess the potential impacts of proposed changes, identifying improvements and appropriate technical solutions. Explore opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence for process automation, data analysis, operational optimization, and decision support. Contribute to enterprise architecture initiatives by understanding the relationships between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology. Support system integration activities by understanding APIs, services, and information exchange between applications. Proactively identify and resolve obstacles, negotiate priorities, and coordinate activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Requirements:

Previous professional experience in systems analysis, systems development, business analysis, or a related technology role. Experience using Jira for managing, organizing, and tracking demands, user stories, tasks, and incidents. Knowledge of project management principles, including schedule tracking, prioritization, risk management, dependencies, and delivery monitoring. Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, including participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and retrospectives. Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience with data modeling, including the creation and interpretation of relational database models and understanding database structures. Solid SQL skills, including queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis. Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integration documentation, and procedures. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications, including opportunities for automation, data analysis, process optimization, and decision-making support. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and the relationship between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology. Ability to analyze existing systems, evaluate the impact of changes, and recommend improvements aligned with enterprise architecture and the broader technology ecosystem. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into clear and effective technical solutions. Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach to managing activities and resolving unexpected challenges. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a sense of responsibility for deadlines, quality, and deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with business teams, technical professionals, and other stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and manage multiple demands simultaneously.

Nice to have:

Experience with system integration projects and knowledge of APIs, web services, and communication between applications. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and practices. Previous experience applying AI tools and technologies to business processes and operational workflows.
